Corrections
A correction is only useful if it can be applied without a conversation. So this page asks for four things and nothing else: which entry, which batch it was last checked in, what it says now, and how you know what it should say instead. Fill the four boxes and the text is assembled for you.

Send it to [email protected] with the subject line correction, or keep it as your own record and check the batch ledger later to see whether the figure moved.
A correction that names a batch and a checkable source is applied in the next batch. A correction that only says “this is wrong” gets a reply asking for the source, which is slower for both sides.
How long each kind of correction takes

Nothing here is a form submission: the desk has no server to receive one. The text is copied to your clipboard and you send it yourself.
Still open
These are the things the desk knows it cannot currently answer, listed so that they are not mistaken for oversights. A correction that supplies any of them is worth more than a correction to a figure.
- Parcel-level brokerage charges. Courier handling fees are charged after delivery and vary by line, so the desk can say a fee exists but cannot state an amount for your line.
- Whether a specific warehouse re-measures after repacking. The slip cross-check bench can show a pattern across your own parcels, but the desk cannot say from outside whether a given warehouse re-weighs at all.
- Platform status. The desk has no privileged information and will not assert a status. If you have a verifiable observation — a certificate date, an order state that moved, a payment route that failed with an error code — that is genuinely useful and belongs in the sources register.
- Sizing on models not in the tally. If you own a model and can measure it flat, that is a row the desk cannot buy.
- Line-specific divisors. The four divisors on the weight bench cover what has been reported. A line using something else is worth reporting with the quote attached.
What happens to a correction that cannot be applied
Some corrections cannot be turned into a change: a complaint without a figure, a disagreement about whether a platform is good, or a claim that cannot be checked by anyone outside the warehouse. Those get a reply saying what would make them checkable, and the reply is not a brush-off — it is usually one of the five open items above.
Corrections that reduce a figure the desk benefits from are applied the same way as any other. The outbound relationship is described in full on the disclosure page, including the rule that a correction outranks it.
